Milo Wolf is a student in Sport and Exercise Science at Loughborough University. He has several years of training under his belt and the knowledge to match it.
His passions are training, learning about the principles underlying effective strength training and helping people progress towards their goals – whether that be to become more muscular, leaner, healthier and/or stronger.
The aim of this website is to provide a forum for discussion and education on all things related to resistance training. All information and/or products will be free.
“I see this website as an opportunity to grow intellectually. By formulating my thoughts on something, I get to question that which I hold as true. This process lets me reach a tentative conclusion on the topic. Once this conclusion is put into writing, with evidence to support it, it opens me to criticism. If I am unable – in good faith – to defend my conclusion, I will change my mind. For that reason alone, I won’t shy away from any debate, given it is constructive.”
“As a matter of fact, I think that discussing something you hold as true allows you to move further towards truth. That is the sole reason why debate is an essential tool in scientific discourse – it educates and enlightens all parties involved. As one of P.C Hodgell’s characters so succinctly expressed it; “That which can be destroyed by the truth should be.””
